Been here a couple of times and the food never disappoints. The southern style music matches the dining experience... perfectly. This time I didn't see the sauces at the tables which was a disappointment. The price was about the same this timeas it was a couple of years ago. Read more

It's good I don't live near Bears. It might take years off my life! As it is, I eat there as often as I have the chance, and... purely coincidentally acquiesced to a statin prescription since accepting my addiction. Stand out items include the burnt ends(and the brisket in general), the beans, and the weekend beef rib special. One massive rib is too much for amateur appetites! Ispend lots of time in Memphis, but honestly Bears beats anything I've had there (except maybe the ribs at the BBQ shop inmidtown... if you're ever in Memphis, that, too, is worth the trip). Bears is simply one of the best BBQ joints anywhere.Period. Read more
