Very disappointed with their service. I didn’t enjoy the SEAFOOD RISOTTO, the menu says mussel, clams shrimp and calamari but... when served there is no shrimp? It did not specify that the shrimp is chopped into tiny pieces and incorporated to therisotto!!! The manager Dave is very unprofessional. Very unacceptable attitude. In the middle of this entire pandemic it has really been difficult to stay positive and upbeat. But Bianco Rosso Wine Bar &... Restaurant really did an amazing job is transforming our work day back into a Friday Date Night again. Despite the seatingbeing in the middle of the parking lot the ambiance was great. The service was attentive and consistent from start to finish.Our waitress guided as through our entire meal and was able to give us recommendations when asked. She also assisted us onhelping us make up our mind on cocktails. The food came out quickly and had great flavor. We really couldn't decide whichcourse we liked best because it was all great! A little quiet when we arrived so service was a bit scattered and there was no ice for a cocktail. After the initial hiccup it... was smooth sailing. Food was excellent albeit a bit pricey and the service got better. Spacious restaurant with a big barand a few TV's. Very nice place. Will be back if I am in the area again. Read more
