Stopped in to get an ice cream snack on my long drive home. Wasn't busy. Maybe 2 people inside waiting for an order, 3 or 4 cars... in the drive through. Went in around 7 after the dinner rush. Ordered a single ice cream cone. Got my receipt with the ordernumber (I only remember it because it was 666 lol ) waited at the counter for a minute or two, as I watched a couple people comein to make an order. I stood there for damn near 30 minutes and watched about 15 people come in, make an order, recieve saidorder, and leave. I tried to indicate to an employee that I wanted to ask them something but I was ignored. After another fewminutes I just left. Beware! Double check order. Open every burger! I ordered NO onion, due to allergies, and had onions!!! Taking meds and hating... life. Our other burgers had NO condiments, pickle. Just bun, patties and cheese. Didn't discover this until 20 minutes away.Called and let manager know, lots of excuses, didn't care. Hope the owner reads these reviews and re-trains them to care. McDonalds is basically like going on a blind date. You pretty much know what's going to happen but you hope for the best. Are... your fries going to be cold and soggy? Yes. Were they great one time? Yes. Are you going to get your sauce in the drive through?Absolutely not. Will your burger be better than you can make at home? Not a chance. But, you dont feel like cooking and it willkeep you alive. If you have kids they will be excited to get a happy meal with an absolute garbage toy that you will throw awayin a week. Read more
