We don't go here very often. But my wife wanted crab legs for her birthday and this is the closest restaurant that served them.... Unfortunately it is almost an hour away. There was a 40 minute wait that Saturday night. You could tell that the restaurantwas under-staffed. After we were seated it took about 15 minutes before our server could take our drink order. Once we orderedit became a little smoother although they never brought our appetizer order of mozzarella sticks. It's been a few years since weate here and the prices have gone way up. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has not improved. Everything was good... Butnot worth the prices. The restaurant was also very dark and the tables were poorly lit. It was very hard to read the menu. Iwish it was better, but it's safe to say there are better options out there unless you really want seafood. Read more

I ordered food via Uber eats I wasn’t expecting the food to be fresh but it was! I loved red lobster as a kid but I’ve had... so many terrible experiences with a few locations in the south that I just stopped going. This Red Lobster restored my faith inthe food chain. This will probably be the only red lobster I go to. Read more

I hate to write bad reviews, but the waitress in these photos was the worst waitress ever. We had to wait for her while she... face-timed her boyfriend. She had earbuds in and was talking to her boyfriend the entire 2 hours I sat at her bar. I watched herneglect her service to many and we had to ask her to take our order. It's hard to find staff today but I would rather waitforever than be served by someone like this waitress. Other staff kept coming along and taking care of us. We tipped them well.The manager was awesome and explained how bodies are important right now and we understood. It's hard to keep staff right nowbut I would fire this waitress and home a snail ???? was looking for a job. A snail would be a better waitress. When she spokeit was painful and obvious she hated her job. Rude isn't a strong enough word for her. The food was really good but every timeshe came by I felt sick from the discomfort when she rolled her eyes after talking to us. I strongly suggest eating here but ifyou see the awful waitress tell the manager you want a different server. I never take comp cards but after this abuse, weaccepted the comp gift cards. I left feeling like I was a victim of a robbery even though I got comped. After all this serverabuse we still had to pay for our meal. If you look at my reviews I never leave a negative like this.
