I visited this Chipotle on 11/29 during lunch time. Unfortunately by the time I got home and began eating, my aunt found a small... bug moving in our food. We called the restaurant and they offered a refund if we came back to the store however we weretraveling and headed out of state. I?ve been trying to wrestle with Chipotle customer service to try to get our money back. Justbe aware. Read more

No lettuce, no sour cream, most sodas out of order, no white rice. Asked manager if I could get guacamole in my bowl to... substitute for not having sour cream and was told no. Chips were stale. Also thank goodness I had my card because they didn?ttake cash unless you had the exact amount. Read more

I had to get on here and write something. I just visited this branch to get lunch. I want to start off by saying when I walked... into the restaurant I was not welcomed. I stood there for over five minutes waiting for somebody to say something. I finallysaid are you guys doing takeout orders only. The guy said no I will be taking care of you after I?m done with his to go orders.By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to never will be going back there again first time there last time there. Essentially if I could get this place zero stars I would three employees on duty two standing around essentially having a circle... jerk with each other while forcing the youngest employee probably about 15 to do everything. Dining area filthy. More employees than customers and no one can wipe down tables or sweep? I was given 2 cups for the fountain... drinks I prepaid for. I turned around to find a big ?out of order? sign on the soda machine. I asked what should I do and sheshrugged her shoulders! Then she said get a refund from the app!
