This location was great until about a month ago. Everyday there's something wrong with my order recently. That's not a big deal... but the last 2 mornings I have come I was served yesterday's bagel. It should be fresh at 6am or 8am. If I go in the afternoon Icompletely understand if my bagel is hard. But in the morning it should be fresh. The location at 1030 Silas Deane hwy in Weathersfield CT needs a new team and/or retraining. I'm an avid Dunkin fan and have... been for years. They are close to my work so I've used this location a few times and it's awful everytime. They are painfullyslow even when not busy and cannot make coffee for the life of them.
