I had been going to this place since they opened literally, years and years ago. The amount my family has spend here over the... years boggles the mind. Most of the staff has always been pretty friendly. The service is nearly always slow. And the food isfairly expensive for the fair. But it is pretty good. That is what kept us coming back. Here is the dig: The final threevisits, there were order issues, ranging from missing forks, spoons, salad dressing to flat out missing items. It was the finalstraw when on the third and final time, I told them ahead of time the had messed up the previous two orders and left out friesand salad (and had not even come back for replacement or asked for any today) and we get home on this order and the saladdressing and rice is missing. I started to wonder if it was being done on purpose.... So I went back, asked for the manager orowner. I told him I did not want the food this time. I was tired of this issue. I asked for a refund. He said, ?you take moneyand never come back!?, instead of apologizing like a normal business owner would. Have not been back since (3 months ago).Normally we go about 4 times a month. Really good food and a nice comfy place. Staff was very nice and friendly. I am glad it is a great Magna place to go for some... good food. And they have some more traditional Greek food too! Read more
