I go to this subway pretty regularly, almost daily for a little while, and it seems as though the customer service has gotten a... fair bit worse. I ordered a sandwich they're like oh yeah we're out of those meats and I was like okay can I substitute them?They're like sure, so I substitute 2 of 4/5 meats on the supreme meats. I get to the register and the lady was like no we can'tdo that, I can ring you up and charge you extra for adding pep to this other sandwich.. it's like no.. it's not my fault yourout of stuff or didn't tell me at the beginning I can't do that, you either charge the same price as the other sandwich I wantedand tried to order, or you tell me sorry we can't do that or make that sandwich. You can't tell me okay we'll make it, then whenI go to pay be like okay yea well we're gonna charge you more because "we" don't have it.
