I almost always ?drive thru?and I have never had a bad experience like today August... 14 Mm ???? 1:30 pm (west valley ) the woman was so bitter, rude, she didn't even say hello, she didn't give me my receipt,napkins or fork (and I saw that the same thing happened to the car that was before me, because he had to wait for a fork). shejust gave me the food quickly and she closed the window, so i had to move my hands and make movements, to ask for my receipt andshe did it in a bad mood, i tried to smile at her and say thank you, but still she acted bad way. maybe she's just tired or Idon't know, I think she should do a better job even if she's not having a good day. I had a 6 plate order. The burritos had hardly any meat, it was all rice. Literally 5 maybe 10% meat the rest was all rice. I... got 2 tacos. Hardly any meat at all on them. I get more meat on a street taco then I got on those tacos. Never been sodisappointed with Cafe Rio. Definitely won't be returning to this location ever again. Hopefully it was just this location. (I am editing this post to let everyone know that the owner will respond to you within a couple hours, if you leave a good... review. Still no response to this review, posted yesterday) I am writing a bad review on each of my gmail accounts. Thats howdisgusted i am at how we were treated. The staff was so rude. Truly, I?ve never in my life felt the need to write a bad reviewabout a restaurant. I get people have staffing/retention issues. I want to be kind to people in the customer service industry, Iwork in it myself. This cafe rio location has turned cafe rio from my favorite restaurant into a place I?ll never go again. Weasked for the chips and queso deal, and the guy helping us asked a guy in his 40?s, with brown hair, to help us out. The guydoesn?t even look at us and starts walking to the cash register. He then proceeds to start talking to different customer andgives them free food. Turns around and walks away from us, to go cook some food. We just stood there, not knowing what justhappened, and then Leidi came up to ring us up. As we pull up the app for the chips and queso deal, leidi goes to bag up someother food. My food has been out of the oven the whole time this is happening. I have to point out to someone that my food wasdone, because they were too busy stocking the line. They finally get everything together (I thought) and the guy comes over toscan our app. He gives me my change, says have a good night and then tried to throw away receipt. I had to ask him for it. We(my partner and I) then had to lean over the counter to get our food and we had to bag it ourself. Then we get home, and hedidn?t even give us the chips we ordered and the rice in the burrito is cold. I?m writing this before I even heat up my food,that?s how frustrated I am. I want my money back. I don?t think anyone should go to the Valley Fair mall cafe Rio, because theywill be treated terribly. Read more
