I saw that Papa Murphy's had dairy free options and wanted to give that a try. I was happy to find out that they double checked... the other ingredients also didn't have dairy in them. The staff was there was friendly and helpful. The pizza turned out greatand tasty. Read more
Sometimes it is the small things. I have odd dietary requirements so I naturally asked a few questions. The answers I received... were not just accurate but helpful and kind. Even after I thought I had figured everything out the ladies took the extra stepsand advised me of the mistake I had made. None of it was a huge stand out moment for me at the time but each small action addedup and really ment the world to me. I generally trust Papa Murphy's but this branch showed honest concern and care. We oftentake if for granted that those in the service industry are just supposed to behave in this way. In fact corporations constantlypreach to thier staff that they must always be kind and prompt. Unfortunate as far as honest human experiences are concernedthese are not attributes easily faked.
