Ask for the fries to be fresh & hot.... in drive thru..... get to window exchange money..... was handed my meal ( all lest than... 2 min) you guessed it the fries were cold not even warm. Blew my horn (he closed the window as soon as he handed my meal). Ihanded him the fries and said can I get a order of fresh hot fries. Guess what he came back with the same fries ( took a penand put a check mark on box) lest than 20 seconds. So I said again can I get fresh hot fries. He said they are.....I said Idon't want microwaved fries. Just give me my money back! They did It was @ 9/10 pm.... I guess they were getting ready to gohome..... Absolutely the worst Carl's ever! I have been left in line over 7 mins. I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE! Left without ordering. 4... months later, try again. Now lectures on how they conducted business!?!
