We were able to get in and were seated quickly. I got plates for my kids and was on my third plate before anyone came by to... check our ticket or bring us drinks. There is a diverse selection of food as in they have a variety of cultural dishes, howevereach selection seemed lacking in carbohydrates and there was a lot of meat, probably too much. The steamed broccoli was toosalty, there was a lot of sugar on the sweet potatoes. The apple cobbler was delicious. Normally I avoid buffets; however, since this place was close to home and looked rather large from the outside I was willing to... give it a try. There was a larger selection than I predicted: Chinese, Southern, Latin American, Salad Bar, and Desserts werethe main sections. Good waitress service -- invisible, yet present. My personal favorites menu items were the BBQ chicken, beefroast, General Tao's Chicken and fried rice. My wife stated that the cleanliness of the restrooms could use improvement. Read more

We loved everything about about Chow Time Buffet! The food was so good, there was so much variety and so much to choose from.... The food was hot and fresh. The service was amazing. Everyone was very nice, prompt, professional and answered any questions wehad. Our server cleared our table quickly, refilled our drinks fast, and checked on us often. We agreed to meet at this place because we were a large group. We had to find our own chairs. We never got refills on our drinks... and the plates weren't being removed. One of the people from the group spoke to the staff and mentioned the condition of thefood displayed, plates picked up, and drinks for nothing. The staff did not care and service did not improve. I wouldn'trecommend this place. It's dirty, silverware not stocked, was even out of napkins too. The food was in the same line as theservice and display even worse. I hate to leave bad reviews but the experience was so bad and they had the chance to make itright and didn't even care. Read more
