I had been going in thinking I was doing alright ordering the pad Thai which has rice noodles instead of a lot of the other... dishes which have gluten but then I noticed the cook throwing in oil to a pan before he began my dish. I asked what oil theyused and they eventually told me one hundred percent soybean oil. I threw it away. Never again.
