Very long wait for a very rainy day. No other cars in the drive through. To get our food cold and made incorrectly. I returned... to have my bagel remade, and it was made incorrectly AGAIN. Everything was done in a rush for a very slow day and it was a badexperience. Read more
There was a long line for the drive through but that doesn't necessarily mean a long wait. Dunkin does a great job helping their... customers move along quickly and efficiently. Still, I normally go inside, but by the time I get back outside the drive throughline is gone. I know that Dunkin is "just a coffee shop", but they have a good size variety of drinks and food. Hot coffee, icedcoffee, frozen coffee, regular cream, oat milk, etc. They have breakfast sandwiches on bagels, English muffins, wraps and more.And of course they have donuts and muffins. Mostly everyone is friendly there and usually wears a smile, therefore making thecustomers feel welcome and comfortable. They also deliver through third party apps like Doordash and Grubhub, if you don't feellike going out to Dunkin. They always seem to have a clean store which is nice (at least where the customer can see). There arebathrooms for their customers that are also nice and clean. This store is wheelchair accessible and has plenty of parking,especially because most of the customers seem to use the drive through. I would definitely recommend it to dine in or for takeout or even delivery. I don't recommend every Dunkin I go to, but this one is above average because the people that work thereand how they work. I went to this Dunkin? Donuts location recently, and was VERY satisfied with my experience. I especially love the new... remodeling details, it makes it so SLAY!????
