The fried chicken and yuca fries are great! The only downside is that they barely give you any yuca fries with your side.

Reasons, I feel this company cares. A day after theexperience from a very poor delivery, today I received several calls from Pollo campero team, from their corporate and the storemanager. The where very kind and I can tell they care about their customers. They explain, delivery services are being offeredthrough a third party service which is not directly related to the store. Obviously not their fault on the unprofessionalservice offered by the deliberate person/driver. It was unfortunate because our food got wet (thank God for the air fryer)however I am grateful to the entire Apollo Campero team for their attention to their customers. It is appreciated. Corporate,should consider budgeting for internal delivery people rather that working with a third party. Note our food was deliveredthrough door dash but I ordered from pollo campero website. I ordered Family Flavor Combo Meal for 4-5 People. Total was $37 including tip & tax. I think the portion is good for 4 people,... maybe 5 if 2 out of 5 are small children. Their fried chicken is juicy inside and crispy outside. Around here, cooked meat areso dry so I?m happy I finally found my go-to place!! Plantains and coleslaw are fresh too. Dinner rolls are the same as most ofthe other fried chicken places around here. I?m not fond of it. But other than that, I liked it. Oh one more thing.
