They say that one bad experience can ruin your entire view of any business. I've eaten here many times over the past few years.... Always got the same lunch special for about 8.50. Today the service was subpar at best. I was charged 11.50 for the same mealbecause it was the afternoon. Didnt give me a drink or utensils (had to go back for the utensils). The woman at the registerseemed too busy with her phone to answer me or even help fix any issues. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I wentto eat, I found hair in the food.
