Very friendly and informative wait staff. I believe Greg was his name. We had the cornbread and arancini appetizers which were... awesome. I had gnocchi entree that was very good and the burnt ends entree as well. Everything was vey enjoyable. Thisrestaurant is appealing to both vegan and non vegan. I am a non vegan and would recommend. My wife and I love this place so much we drive 2 hours round trip just to eat here. The service is always top notch - our server... Adam on our most recent trip was super helpful and friendly. The food is pretty darn amazing too. It is the kind of place thatopens your mind to the culinary possibilities of dining on solely plants. On previous visits I have tried the vegan shrimp,gnocchi, Mac and cheese, and just about every appetizer (the fried heart of palm is AMAZING) and desert too. The drink menu isfairly extensive and eclectic as well - unfortunately I don’t usually imbibe due to the one hour drive to get home. One ofthese days we’ll get a hotel in town and give the cocktail menu a good try. The ambiance is nice too - we love to sit at ahigh top next to the window and watch the shoppers stroll by. Restaurant was on the second floor, with an elevator; handicap accessible. Very laid back aesthetic. Seats available at the bar,... lower height tables and high top tables. We got drinks and appetizers: the garlic hummus, the buffalo cauliflower, and the nutcheese plate. All were excellent. My SO brought me to Flora for my birthday last week. I picked it out as one of the restaurants I have been wanting to try for a... while. I didn't realize it was upstairs, so when we went in and went upstairs, we were greeted with a beautiful atmosphere andled to our table. The menu has a bunch of different options. We chose Arancini for our appetizer. A soda and tea for our drinks.Our meals were the steak (yes real steak at a vegan restaurant ????) and the Mac and no cheese. Everything tasteddelicious. Finally I ordered a cappuccino for dessert and we asked the server if we could spend the rest of our time by thebeautiful fireplace. My favorite thing about the restaurant was the atmosphere. The view from our table was phenomenal. Lookingout across the street. The food was good, but honestly the food choices weren't really my style. I highly recommend trying thisplace out. Read more
