Rotted pepperoncinis in my salad and rotted lettuce on my sandwich. The app said they were out of cherry tomatoes for the salad... but not sliced for our sandwiches. They subbed cheddar for gouda in the bacon turkey bravo with no heads up. Lemonade tasteddays old. Sandwiches looked like they were thrown together by a 5 year old. I like going to this Panera because it?s usually a networking HubSpot. Good customer service, and the quality of my food is... pretty consistent at this location, compared to the one next to west farms mall. From my personal experience and the food I get,I?m comfortable with my 4/5 score. Mr he cinnamon crunch bagel is delicious and the chipotle chicken sandwich with no cheeseplease. Btw their green smoothie is pretty good, but it does contain dairy so just keep that in mind. Read more
This place is one step away from abysmal. The past 5 take out orders have been wrong or missing food. Today the most basic food... was either made wrong or "out." Whoever is managing this place has no clue as this has been a months-long problem. I don't knowwhy I keep torturing myself by coming here. Read more

Most of the tables were dirty with crumbs, and the food was way way way too overpriced. I paid over $17 for a sandwich and bowl... of soup and I was very disappointed in the quality. I doubt I'll be going back here anytime soon. Other than my disappointmentwith everything... well, that's it.
