Thursday 3 pm Oct 13, cashier was very rude telling us customers everything cost money, almost the whole crew had rude look on... their face, not one of them greeted us or thanked us for our business. Not a nice place to eat because of the terrible customerservice. Read more
West Hartford, New Britain Ave Chipotle?s ???. A very sad display of customer service?. I asked for a side of dressing and... they wanted to charge me for it and it was an eighth of the container filled. I asked if they could at least fill up thecontainer and I?d pay for it ,but she refused. This has never happened before at any other chipotle. Needless to say ,I willnot be coming back to this branch. Very angry workers that are not very happy to be working there. All these employees need to be replaced. They were soooo unfriendly it was uncomfortable and they gave me a soggy burrito.
