This hotel discriminates against outward appearances. I have paid for numerous stays throughout the past few months, and the... front desk manager was nothing but unhelpful when asked why my extension was canceled, after already being processed. They didnot provide a refund or a reason as to why the guest with me was put on the "No Rent" list. These are troubling times for manypeople, and the convenience of location of the hotel has been the reason for booking. Regardless, the reason of stay should benone of their concern. As a paying guest for a few nights over the past few months, our treatment was unacceptable. As a guest,all payments had been processed and no money issues were the concern. The hotel staff was prejudice to the conditions of thesituation. Further action will be taken. Edit: It is not slander when the accusations are correct. I give this place 0 stars. I?m not one to write bad reviews but my experience with this hotel was an absolute train wreck to say... the least. I reserved a stay for me and my husband on our WEDDING day. I also wanted to block off rooms for my guests. It tookme almost 2 weeks to block rooms. All other places were booked because of the busy wedding season. At first I asked for 20 roomsand the reservation was made incorrectly. None of my guests could reserve their rooms. After almost 2 weeks of constant callingand being told that the manager would reach out ( never did ) I finally was able to get the rooms blocked BUT only 10 could bereserved. Mind you I didn?t get confirmation of the room block UNTIL TUESDAY AND MY WEDDING WAS FRIDAY? The day of my wedding mythen soon to be husband checked in only to be told that our suite was canceled and that they only had a two queen bed standardroom. Now let me make my self clear.. I don?t ever stay in suites and I wouldn?t mind a 2 bed room BUT THIS again was my WEDDINGDAY. He had no other choice but to accept. They also tried to do this to another one of my guests. Even after all the back andforth they still didn?t think that they did anything wrong, they had no clue what was going on and they didn?t even give usanything in return for the MAJOR inconvenience they caused me and my guests. A lot of people get married in prospect CT and theclosest hotel is this one. I will NEVER ever recommend this place. The customer service is appalling and they turned what shouldhave been a wonderful day/ night into an extension of the headache they had already caused. Read more

Remember to use H?????o???.??m when booking a place. This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will... have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I've beencoming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure! This Marriott is alwaysclean in the corners and edges, never a dirty hallway or outside grounds. The windows are see through and the staff is with thehouse men and front desk was so helpful. The house man, tall one goes out of his way to help others. Very generous. Read more

First day- no housekeeping. 2nd day- no housekeeping, 3rd day- as we were leaving for the day, I asked front desk to send in... housekeeping. Upon our return after 8pm, room was unsecured. Husband checked room for safety and then I called down to desk.Front desk apologized and said, ?housekeeping probably forgot to secure the door.? We we?re gone for 10 hours. No clue how longthe room was unsecured. Thankfully, nothing was taken, but we were very lucky as our room was close to the elevator. No onefollowed up to see if anything was taken. Safety should be a priority, not be treated as an inconvenience. We will not returnand will not recommend to anyone. Read more
