This place is getting worst and worst. You order something and get a different order. They are rude. They don?t care and give... you attitudes when you ask them to fix it. They have a bunch of kids working that don?t know what they doing. Managers are evenworst. Asked for two meals and got only one. When I asked for the other one and to charge me for it because they didn?t theyrefused at the window. I went in , 15 min waiting at the lobby and no one cared they were people there. Calling if someone wasworking no one responded they just keep ignoring everyone that were waiting at the lobby. We all left without been served. Read more

Worst McDonald's in waterbury by far. They got my stuff wrong today and they also got it wrong the last time I went there about... 6 months ago and as others have said that is the norm for this location. The burger was crazy peppery and my stomach feels sickalready after eating half of it. They also make you pull up and wait even if you're only getting 1 sandwich and nobody is behindyou. If they can't push out 1 simple sandwich without making you pull up into a spot and get it right the first time then whatthe heck. And these people get 15 an hour!! Read more
