This is the worst el pollo loco I have been too. After being told I had to pick up my online order in the drive thru then going... to the drive thru only to be told go back out front and wait. They didn?t give me any forks to eat with. Then they told me I hadto go back thru the drive thru to get forks. Then the employee yelled explicits at me thru the drive thru. I wish a owner wouldcontact me so I can explain how his employees are treating customers. Read more
Have gone to this location twice this week just before 9pm (853pm and 855pm) and both times the dinning room and drive through... were already closed. They do NOT close at 930pm. The last time we went there was a pick-up ordering in front of our vehicle at855pm and when we pulled up to the ordering speaker we got the "we're sorry we are currently closed, please return during ournormal hours." I went to this location, I had ordered online and I had thought I ordered an extra side of rice but oddly it didn't get into my... online. I told it to the worker when I went inside and she was very helpful and gave me the side of rice I needed from my order.She was very kind and helpful. Service was very quick. Food quality was great.
