Every single time I go to this place they screw up my order. Without fail, every. Single. Time. I'm not sure what kind of people... you employ but literally anything else would be smarter. I have visited this location 2 times in the past year. Both have been horrible disappointments. Last week we stopped in around 6... pm. We ordered and 30 minutes later they finally served us. They filled 3 orders taken after ours before doing ours. The frieswere cold and the chicken nuggets were dried out. The inside drink dispenser is out of order. While we were there, they justlocked the front door and went to only drive through orders, but no sign was posted so it just looked closed from the outside. Read more
Forgetting to give us part of our order was not a big deal. Having to drive back to get also not a big deal. Jose said he had... the rest of our order and said to come by again. Then telling my son he is a liar and refusing to give us the order when hewent back. That's a big deal. We would never lie to get free fries. My integrity is worth more to me than that. Read more
I would give it 0 stars, I ordered 2 $15 bundles which was apparently to hard for the cashier to ring up because he couldn't... figure it out waited and explained it again and again for 8 minutes then of course had to pull around to the front and waitedthen the food came and off course was shorted food so I went in and told the lady named " Eddie" and she said she packed thefood so I went and dumped the bag out and no big mac's I went in and told her it wasn't then all of a sudden she was nice to meand after another wait finally got the food.
