Because they are short staffed the wait for food etc. Was quite a bit longer than usual. However my food was good... Except the... cheese bacon fondue...I didn't love that. The fries are always delicious especially with their fry sauce. I had the teriyakiburger. It filled me up! I could only eat half. Our waitress seemed over stressed. She did a great job! In fact, before we wereseated, she ran after another customer to return their phone to them before they left the parking lot. If only all employeeswere like that. Read more
Red Robin is always good. They have crazy short hours lately due to employment shortage. This location closed at 7:00. Everyone... there was very friendly and we were well taken care of. I like that they have the gluten free bun and prepare the fries in a gfdedicated frier. Read more
Loved the service. Clearly understaffed but they all handled it like champs. Fries - awesome. Food - done perfectly.
Walked into an empty restaurant on Sunday night, was not expecting to have to wait 50 minutes to be seated, staff allowed 3... parties to walk in after us and be seated within 10 minutes or immediately. Dirty tactics by unprofessional staff, if your hoursare until 8pm don?t only sit big parties while trying to get small parties to leave. Stopped in with the wife while out shopping. It was Veterans day and they were pretty busy. We had to wait about 25 minutes for... a table, but that was expected, so no biggie. They offered a free burger and brought me a nice thank you note for my service.Several employees also stopped by our table and thanked me as well and I thought that was very kind of them.
