No need for pictures; the food all looks the same and so does the environment It took me an hour from the time I sat down to... ordered (5 minutes later) The waitresses looked stressed. When I went there wasn't even that many people, the food still took 45minutes to come out, which wasn't even the right food. The food was pretty lowtier; pancakes undercooked, gooey in themiddle. The simple food we ordered (omelette, which I didn't even get the right one) and steak fingers with corn and Mashedpotatoes (overcooked and tough meat) was not up to par. It seems the issue is the chef, as everyone in surrounding tables wasexperiencing the same issue; poor food and long wait times The waitresses were plentiful, and were on top of everything andprompt. One male waiter even expressed getting paid 2.50 an hour, but how do they expect people to tip if the food is poor, andtakes long to get there. Once again, waitresses were on top of everything, mine looked like she wanted to cry. If I was amanager, I woulda jumped on that grill back there and cooked it up too. Extremely poor experience. IHOP is a national chain known for its breakfast options. We like IHOP. We've even been to IHOP for Thanksgiving dinner. ... However, the last two times we've been to this location it was over an hour wait to be seated. It was horribly understaffed. My waffles were cold and my chicken fingers were over cooked. Well, my childhood experience with ihop is tainted. I went with my mom and 1yo. We only ordered Pancakes eggs and sausage. To an... hour for us to get our food and by then my toddler was losing his mind. We didn't get it till we asked for it because we saw itwas sitting in the window for like 10 minutes. Then after we were done we sat there for like 10 minutes waiting for our check.Also there was a hair in our food and the food was cold. Just really disappointed. Probably never coming back. Excellent service, our server Zane was great, very attentive, and was checking in our table if we needed anything. Bringing me... lots of water because I had choked on the orange juice ( I'm ok) going the extra mile for our table for ketchup. Definitely beback when in area again. Read more
