Food was priced really high for the quality, the servers were really poor. The manager of the time came up to me before my party... of 16 had left for the night & said ?if you aren?t going to treat the servers good with tips then don?t come back? I explainedmy group would be tipping with cash. He walked away all mad, my party of 16 haven?t all paid yet. Worse Customer Service I?veseen!!! Read more
Worst experience ever as far as customer service. 1 of the waitress' was flat out rude and hypocritical on the "laws" in Utah as... far as alcohol is concerned and whom I assumed was the owner or manager threatened my party to never come back if we didn't tipour waitress. I was excited to find somewhere that hosts Sunday football and really wanted this to be a better experience. Atmosphere wasn?t... bad, service was lacking in friendliness and the nachos consisted of chips with a little bit of melted cheese and meat that?sit. Asked for a side of Queso and we were brought a cold cup of beer cheese. We will give it one more shot on another day but Iwill be shocked if this isn?t the norm for this place. Read more
