This McDonald's was very very clean for the amount of people it was seving i was surprised. I brought my kids to the play area... they had fun. The food was brought to the table by respectful young man. The people there were working very hard. The line wasout the door the drive thru was out to the street and I give them credit. Read more
It took 12 minutes to get a small order out at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday - a hamburger, a Happy Meal, and a large... fry. Indeed, good help is hard to find. I think the woman assembling the order pushed the done button early because she knew itwas late and all of the performance metrics are monitored. poor poor service yet again, I waited 8 minutes at the drive thru . not one word was said til I beeped. I understand being... short handed, but zero customer service skills, the manager or supervisor on dirty was more worried about his feathered hairand his wannabe awesome attitude, no headset, not in uniform, playing with coffee filters. my order wasn't complete in my bag.not at all happy. absolutely terrible service. The employees are very nice and the service and food is great. The only problem I had was the play area for the kids. It is so... hot in there you can barely breathe! Every parent and child in there was complaining about how hot it is there was literally noair flow at all. Someone could definitely pass out in there.
