Awful..spent my whole 30 min lunch break waiting for a sandwich. And when i asked about it. It was still 3 tickets behind. DO... NOT go there if you are trying to get in and out. I was the third person to get a refund because they took to long. Everyonethat works there seems to be doing 1 thing at a time instead of multitasking. My work orders from here a lot, and recently our order was really messed up and we were given a credit. Today when we tried to... use the credit, I was on the phone for over an hour between locations trying to redeem my credit and this location said therewas no credit, called another location they saw the credit but said we can't redeem it there and it has to be the location itwas issued from. Called back and told the lady this info and she still said there was no credit. I asked for a manager and shesaid "she is elbow deep in chicken and can't talk" I asked if someone could take her place so we can resolve this issue and shesaid no. I just don't understand how a business can operate like this? The woman was no friendly on the phone and gave me and mycoworker an attitude the 3x we called. Read more
