Aug 5th 2:30pm. Cant give 0 stars. Customer service was absolutely terrible. They cared more about their conversation than... making my sandwich. Person who made the sandwich needs to never make another sandwich for as long as he lives. So badly made andsloppy work. The young man there behind the counter was very professional and went out of his way to make the sandwich the best it could be!
This location is usually really great but I had a bad experience today. Hopefully the owner will reach out to me and ill... consider changing my review. First I waited 5/10 minutes in the dining area with no one available for service. I rang the belland even called the location only to have TWO employees come out of the freezer(this is what they said) who were doing prep.This wasted a portion of my lunch break. Then the sandwich was poorly made and no bacon was available for my sandwich. It wasreally a one star visit but I gave 3 based on my previous visits which would have been 4/5 stars. I'm a Doordash delivery driver, and today I had an awesome experience with the man working the counter (possibly the owner? Not... totally sure). He was so friendly and kind, and we had great conversation while he was preparing the order. I will definitely beback for more delivery orders and for myself!! Read more
