My label said light ice. We asked for light ice. There?s less than 1.5 inches of the cup with no ice!!!!!
This location is definitely one of the better ones. The line moves fast at the drive-thru like it should and never get a bad... order. Just wish the chocolate glazed donuts could be kept somewhere not humid so the glaze stayed better. Most times I get oneall the glaze is melted and makes the donut soggy. I really like Dunkin? Donuts, but I had placed a mobile order 24 hrs ahead, at this location and they didn?t have it ready for... me. There was no manager around and the girl that was telling me why they didn?t have it ready kept making excuses and claimedthat they didn?t know about my order until minutes before the scheduled pick up time. Very rude staff, every time I go there they are always rushing me at the speaker and have a very bad attitude. I visited there... today Friday January 7th at 2:47. Girl at drive thur collecting money was rude and giving me dirty looks and appeared to besuper stoned. A girl was taking my order over the speaker when I got up to the window it was now a guy taking orders. He alsowas rude. I called the store right after I lifted the drive thur and talked to a girl who was honna find out the employees namesfor me and was hung up on. I called again and was hung up on for the second time.
