I've been getting pizza from this place since like, 2011 when I moved to Warwick. Their pizzas are classic - so good every time.... The seasoned fries are my favorite item, though. They're seasoned to perfection every time, they're hot, crispy, and not soggywith oil. I am a fry connoisseur - fries are not a joke to me. They are a staple. Went there Friday night. Ordered my favorite food which is chicken quesadillas , my son ordered the same, instead of grilling... the peppers and onions, they where raw. In which was the 1st time. Because the menu didn't say grilled,I couldn't say anything.My bf and daughter where also disappointed. And the fries with cheese were drenched with cheese. Dont think we will b going backwhich is ashame because my daughter is only in town 1 day a month and when she's here Fridays it was piccasos night forbingo. Unfortunately ray I didn't say a word because the menu never stated grilled so of course complaining wouldn't of materd.Never had a problem before but like I stated. Even the fries where soaked in cheese. The food for the past few months has notbeen the greatest. Forget what ray emails u. It's a song and dance as well as a joke. It's been a week and would rather eat the25. Then keep playing his games. It gets old and tiresome. The bill was $140. And it's his lossmy daughter will find anotherplace on Friday nights home. This was supposed to be a well done pizza. It's pure chewy dough and mostly sauce not even hardly any cheese . For one your... crust is already a solid 2" thick which is gross. Not even just the crust , the entire surface area of entire slice is thatthick. So if a customer orders it well done maybe actually make it well done. Like I'm gonna be done ordering from here I livedown road but your food has turned into an inedible joke. Convenience for me can only go so far. You can seriously get betterpizza from Cumberland farms Update. After continuing to order from here against my better judgement you'll find that theydon't even have a large pizza . It's advertised as 14" but I've never received a large bigger than 12". 12" is 33% less pizza,look at empty space in box. The medium is actual 12" and 4$ less. Essentially everyone is paying extra for something thatdoesn't exist. I was a loyal customer who was going 3x a week despite issues, but the lack of concern regarding customers payingabout 20$ for a medium one topping pizza when thinking they're getting large is a little too much for me.
