I ordered an Hawaiin pizza, and for some reason they put red sauce on it. Ruined the pizza.

I had a credit for 2 medium pizzas, called & Redeemed my credit. Then my husband goes to pick them up. They try to tell my... husband that he owes $9. Why would he owe any money if it?s a credit ? The only thing we changed was the crust on one, handtossed to pan pizza. That is a $1.25 more, okay I get that but then I should only be paying $1.25 +tax for the crust change.Where did the $9 come from ? The 2 guys not in management shirts argued with my husband but couldn?t answer him when he askedhow there is a $9 charge. A girl came over & apologized & gave my husband his food. But then I look at the slip & it says creditfor one & 2.50 for the other. The guy on the phone didn?t say anything when I asked to change it to pan.
