I knew it was going to be bad when I walked in. It has a musty smell!! The food took a while to come. We sat by the kitchen the... staff along with the manager spent more time laughing and talking then fixing food. Our food was completely COLD! I told theimmediately I did not want that. The coffee had coffee grinds floating all through the cup. Just NASTY. The servers are greatand it's sad the kitchen staff makes them catch so much heat. Our meal was not good at all. They had no English muffins, no bagles, no fresh blueberries. The waitress offered free extra... sausages for the inconvenience. The over easy eggs came out raw. My sausage was completely charred on one side. My pancakes cameout covered in some strawberry sauce which I specifically asked if there was a sauce and if so I didn't want it. One meal wascomped because of the raw eggs. But I got my bill and the waitress charged for the extra sausage she was giving us, the mealthat was comped wasn't completely taken care of. And I was blown away to find out my tiny cup of milk was 3.50 and my orangejuice was 4 dollars.... Our waitress revealed they're under new management and the place is absolutely terrible now. The foodsno good and management is terrible. It was actually the manager who was cooking our horrendous food. Even with one meal comped,we paid 75 dollars...it was two adults two children... Went for my kids 11th birthday his choice they had no blueberries, english muffins. The waitress was awesome and this is not a... knock on her. The sunnyside eggs were completely raw, the bacon burned black, sausage black. I had to return my meal and itstill came out to 60. The wait was not worth it. Read more
Our food was delicious and the service was really friendly. However, the kitchen seemed especially slow. After ordering, we... waited roughly 20 minutes for two breakfast plates. Poorly ran. Waited about 10 minutes before anyone even took our drink order, waited about 35-40 minutes for our food to come... out, cold. Pancakes were burnt. Server came to take our order and bring our check. Didn?t bring our food out nor check on usonce the food was out. I understand being understaffed and busy but we were there for an hour and most of the patrons that werethere before we got there, were still there, waiting. There was no traffic coming in or out and servers kept stating theyweren?t understaffed. Our only saving grace was that it was just two of us.
