The new steak burrito with extra steak was 32 dollars just for the burrito and guacamole and cheese. There was almost no steak... at all in a 35 dollar burrito. The food arrived at 80 degrees, major food safety and ice cold. The chips and cheese included nochips. There was no utensils requested and the bag was also open for delivery. 50 dollars for for a bowl of rice and beans andsteak juice on it. Splendid work per usual chipolte. Super poor service ! Location is clearly under staffed and you have staff not caring clearly going on break and what arguably is... the busiest time of the day? LUNCH! Not one person was at the walk in service counter. 2 people on mobile orders and 3 peopleroaming around the back kitchen area. Better management is needed here for sure. Super disappointed. Read more
