The service here was so bad that there was a separate line for people complaining. Missed half our food order, which was... quickly corrected to their credit. Food was mediocre at best. Also missed half our drink order, which had 2 drinks. In totalwaited almost 50 minutes for a chai after asking multiple employees about it, one of which told me my they would make my drinkright then, ten minutes after that was when we got management's attention. My drink was made promptly after that, though noeffort was made to make up for the near hour long wait caused by their service mistake. This place is not good. I really wanted to like it because I like the Wakefield location, and gave it four or five chances... before deciding, but it?s just not good.
