What a way to end a Birthday Celebration time away ... While traveling back from CT, we decided we wanted Italian. After... watching an older ???? movie (Big Night '96 film staring Tony Shalhoub and Stanley Tucci) we have been craving AUTHENTICItalian. We found it! ???? From the moment we stepped inside we knew we were in a unique restaurant. We were warmly greeted andseated. Toni came over and welcome us. We asked for her recommendations. We went with them. ???????????? We started with theirmade daily FOCCACIA half. It was presented on a rustic cutting board with oil, house made butter and a garlic paste. This breaddoes NOT compare to anything we have ever had before. It was crunchy, airy, tasty and divine. ???? Toni recommend we pair itwith the EGGPLANT appetizer. This is not something we would ordinarily order, but we decided to go ALL IN. The sauce was handsdown the BEST POMODORO we have ever had. It had fresh basil, garlic & ricotta. ???????????? For our main course we once again,trusted Toni. My wife got the BUCATINI with CACIO E PEPE sauce & BURRATA. She added their housemadesausage. ???????????????? The sausage was outstanding. Loved the herbs and flavor explosions in our mouth. The CACIO E PEPEsauce was delectable, peppery and oh so satisfying. ???? For my main course ( besides enjoying my wife's) I again went withToni's recommendation and got the GNOCCHI ALLA SORRENTINA in the epic POMODORO sauce. I have never had Gnocchi before. They werelight and heavenly. They tasted like little angel kisses. ???? For dessert Toni Testified To us about the BUTTERSCOTCHBUDINO.... In the words of Janice "Oh, My Gawd!" Wow wow ???? what a good experience! I’ve been in a couple of Italian restaurants before but this one is in the top of my... list, I regret not having gone before. Don’t forget to order their “Focaccia bread” is a homemade fresh bread. Mark ourwaiter was very helpful and everything that he recommend us was awesome. I ordered the meatballs and the gnocchi bolognese. LookIf you’re reading this stop and make your reservation right now you won’t regret about the taste of the food, finallydon’t go home without having the olive oil cake You will never forget that cake, I will come back soon. Very nice restaurant when approaching it at night, they have some outside seating available , which added a nice touch. ... Parking is limited , so make sure you make reservations in advance. Service was very good , staff were knowledgeable and knewthe daily specials . Drink menu looked good , but not a huge fan of restaurants that measure their pours. Not for the price ofdrinks these days . The food was AMAZING, the focaccia bread that was recommended was delicious and fresh , and the calamariwas very good as well with the smoky pomodoro sauce. Entree’s we’re on another level. You have to truly appreciatehandmade pasta, and my fettuccine special was phenomenal. So if you haven’t been , it’s definitely worth the trip to trysomething amazing. The only negative thing I could say about this place is the location, why it’s located there is beyond me. It shares a parking lot and is attached to a seafood store. They need a better, bigger , spot . But that by no means has anyreflection on the quality of the food . My compliments to the chef ???????? Read more

First time visiting and already fell in love with this cozy little unpretentious place! The drinks were OUT of this world... amazing. I ordered the salmon which was cooked to perfection. My only regret was not ordering pasta bc I heard its handmade.Next visit I will try it out for sure. Read more

I cannot praise the Chef at Vanda enough. One bite in, it became wonderfully obvious that the meals here are created and... prepared by people who love good food and who love sharing good food with others. And this food was so much more than“good.” It was perfect. Our server, Mark, was excellent. His recommendations were spot on, and he was attentive butdidn’t rush us through the meal. We recommend you put in a reservation if going after 6pm. We got there right at 6 and therewasn’t a wait, but it quickly filled up - and after the 5-star experience we had, it’s no wonder. Read more
