Employees are hostile, what they act like in the store they should keep going around town, especially when still wearing... uniform. Great place to get take out, but not the best people who are employed here. Read more
For the past 6 years we have been ordering from Paul's pizza. Of those 6 years, 3 of those was from our new location in Bolton... just over the town line. Paul's delivered to our address last week but today the female staff member on the phone stated ouraddress was "out of range" after a brief pause and what appeared to be some hesitation of not knowing what to say. While thefood is good, the customer service is at times inconsistent and disregards the interests of its most loyal customers. They'reinconsistent policies are polar opposites in comparison to the food which they serve, which again is very good. I just wish thatthey did not start delivering to my location from the start. Especially when its already hard to find delivery service out here.If they don't deliver in Bolton that's fine, why deliver to my house then cut off service after 6 years of loyal customersupport, 3 of those years in Bolton over the line. Service could be better more courteous. I was patiently waiting to get rung up while two workers just kind of stood there... waiting for the manager to come ring it up. Finally the person that was staring at me decided to ring me up and stated that theside of Parmesan cheese was a dollar I didn't know so I stated I would not take it. It would have been nice if she let it go forthis time. Pizza smells nice so I'm doing two stars pretty sure it tastes well but customer service is important. Read more
