I always come here when I visit couple of times each year, and have always had friendly service and great coffee. Due to COVID I... have not been able to make my trips down here, but mistakenly thought my punch card would still be valid. However today when Iwent through the drive thru I had an old punch card that they refused to honor, with almost a free drink. This is a poorbusiness choice when people are lining up down the street at Dutch Brothers; would they not want happy customers, especiallypeople who have been going there for over 20 years? I realize I?m not a local but I?ve spent a lot of money at this place overthe years and appreciated the fact that they were a local business, and not one of the big coffee companies. I may be lookingfor a new local place the next time I come to town. Not a fan of no loyalty to good customers, and to businesses that aren?tinterested in keeping them. Best of luck. Read more
Horrible experience. Added cold milk to make to temp. Poured out the espresso and lost half the flavor and coffee to add in cold... milk. Gross. Where is the training. Had a bad attitude when we asked the temp. One was so hot I got burned. Would have given nostars. She threw the mixing spoon at the wall. And wouldn't talked to us with out getting furious like I was bothering her. Mydrinks are garbage and so was the service. Read more

Love this place! The coffee, chai, and chocolate whip cream are delicious! The baristas are also always really friendly, and... several of them remember my order, even if I don?t visit for a couple months! Read more
