stood in front of the store for about 15-20 minutes with a line building behind us with no employees in sight. I even tried... calling the store multiple times and no one answered. It?s 11:30am on a Thursday. Horrible service. Read more
I walked up to the counter and waited for a long period of time while the 2 employees made a order for another customer. I was... fine with that although they didn't greet me as I walked up. What really made me angry is that when they were done a lady walkedup and they just started helping her even though I had been waiting there for over 5 mins. I was completely ignored. Large Orange Julius, how can you mess that up?? First one had no flavor. After one drink I went back up and they graciously made... a new one. Second one was just orange juice with some ice chunks. I won't waste my money there anymore. Read more
I ordered the "Great combo", which is a Chili dog and a Classic Orange Julius. The Orange Julius was kinda warm, the chili dog... was kinda cold , the chili on the dog was old. This is not their best effort, or even a mediocre effort. I was disappointed.Definitely not the Orange Julius I have fond memories of from my youth.
