NEVER AGAIN will I visit this location. I would give this review negative stars if I could. We pull in, planning on using the... drive through, even though there are 9 cars in front of us. After five minutes, the line didn't move, so I decided to go in andorder. No one at the counter, so I order through the kiosk. 15 minutes later, the lady tells me they don't have the nachofries that I ordered (Loaded Truff Nacho Fries @$4.49). They ask if I want to substitute the potatoes and I agree because theycan't do a refund apparently. Silly me, I assumed it would be made like the Loaded Truff Nacho Fries, with cheese and steak. Iget home and it's their $0.99 potatoes, no steak, no tomatoes, but hey, they did give me cheese. TWENTY MINUTES IN THE LOBBY toget my order. I call them and ask for the owners name and the lady is sarcastic with "The owner of all the Taco Bell's?". Icalmly explain that their location is a franchise and there MUST be a franchise owner. Lady tells me she has no idea and nevermet them. I ask for the managers number and she tells me "I'm the manager". Seriously? How stupid do you think people are? You're the manager and you've never met the owner? Who effin hired you? They made me wait 20 minutes for fast food, and in theend, ripped me off. Never again will I visit this location. I WILL find out who owns this location and I WILL get my moneyback. Read more
If the option was no stars I would do it. Waited 30 mins for a simple order. The Manager lady couldn't read anything because she... forgot her glasses and eventually she just gave up and stood there doing nothing. No ice. Dirty. Food was sloppy. The diningroom was full while no one got there orders. The door dash people gave up and left. Only the drive thru was getting their ordersand even they were coming back in with mistakes. Hope you don't like sauce because over 50% of the time I have gone here they have forgotten the sauce. It's gotten to the point... that I have stressed the sauce when ordering to ensure they don't forget, but they still do. Even when you get packets yourlucky to even get a 1:1 ratio of packets to items. 2 packets to 3 items or none at all. Read more
