've worked as a waitress and worked at an IHOP, I know it can be crazy so I'm pretty relaxed with any expectations. My BF and I... stopped in while my vehicle was worked on. It was fine to start, a slow evening with ourselves and about 3 other customers. Thefood was okay, as to be expected. Our only issue came when our drinks ran out, and the server never checked on us, I tradedglasses with my BF and placed his empty glass at the end of the table so the server could see it from the kitchen. She nevercame by and checked in, but walked by a few times to another table. I only think people need to be checked on once at leastwhile dining. She spent her time talking with her friends, standing in the kitchen area. She seemed very nice and like a sweetgirl, but definitely didn't seem to want to be bothered with service.
