The frozen yogurt was so good the cashier/register was very nice and kind friendly and even lety daughters choose their spoon... colors and once they had this special picture on the frozen yogurt cup that said my daughters name. It was the name of a videogame. (My daughters name is Genesis) Read more

I was given a gift card, and was pleased to find out that this Menchie?s was not too far from my home! My husband was even more... pleased to find out that they served Dole Whip. We took the kids to get some Froyo, and they were happy with the prices. Regardthree small to moderately sized servings for around $15. The kids did not go crazy with the servings, so that probably savedus? This location has a variety of frozen yogurt, and most of the toppings are in little plastic individual cups that you cansnag and add to your fro yo. I assume that is a new change since Covid, as it definitely reduces sharing of serving utensils.They also had a variety of fresh chopped fruits and topping sauces, that were buffet style. I?m giving two stars instead of one because their frozen yogurt is good, no complaints with the quality of the food. That being... said, not impressed with the customer service. Apparently they?ve changed owners. I had a voucher for a free ice cream cakewhich they refused to honor. It has no expiration date on it and says nothing about having a time limit for use. They refused tolet me use it which does not incline me to return to spend money here. Honoring my voucher would have secured them a customerfor life. Seems like that would have been worth the cost of a small cake many times over. I?ll take my business to one of themany other frozen yogurt places in Vancouver instead. Read more
