They messed up the same order twice with no compensation. The first time they forgot a topping and added one I didn?t want. I... had already driven home when I noticed, so I had to drive back to ask for it to be fixed. When they did it a second time, it wascorrect, except they added a topping I didn?t want. I had to go back in and ask for it to be fixed again. The person workingthere seemed annoyed with me? maybe it was meant for her coworkers, though. I ordered on the app originally, so the order isrecorded in the app and I could show them what was wrong with the burgers they gave me. I understand that fast food is a hardjob and mistakes happen, so the first mistake was understandable, but twice on the same order is unreasonable. Horrible customer service. I ordered a triple cheeseburger a large order of fries and a 4 piece jalapeño bites. Drove away and... looked inside and I had a double hamburger, there was a box that had just a burger patty and no jalapeño bites. Went backinside to get my money back because I don't want it remade by someone who is going to spit on it. (I've worked with people Iwouldn't expect to do things to food but do) So I never get something remade. Always have problems at this burgerking. Read more

What a mess. Stopped by while traveling to use the facilities and get some dinner. I was the only one there and between the wait... for the order (or even to be acknowledged further than a look) and waiting for the order that took way too long, I just askedfor a refund and went to another fast food place.
