Good on you Taco Bell...good on you. I arrived at ~1730 hours to try a new nacho plate they were offering & after ordering at... the video kiosk & paying I was standing there waiting. After approximately 2 minutes a customer who had been ordering verballyat the counter completed their order & was told it would be 15 minutes before their order was out. Understandably, the customergave the visual cue to cancel the order & walked out. I then confirmed it was all orders with a 15 minute wait time & I wastold yes. I observed 6 uniformed workers behind the counter working. Good on you, Taco Bell...good on you. You got my $10 as Iwalked straight out without my food, but I'll never be back. I know you may hear that a lot, however off the top of my head Ican think of 4 other fast Mexican styled restaurants within blocks - including one just on the other side of McDonald's which islocated right next to this location. Our times visiting Taco Bell have been less and less over time and now we might just have to be hard up for something to eat... before we return here. Once upon a time Taco Bell used real meat not (creamy Alpo) they also used real grated cheese not theprocessed and tasteless bagged cheese. Fresh cut lettuce was once a thing here as well. So now it seems they are morphing into breakfast menu items or any other menu item that they can slop runny beans and creamy meat on and call it a meal? Just in caseyou didn't read between the lines, this franchises food quality has taken a huge nosedive in quality and taste. They literally can never get my order right. There's usually something missing and then they say I never ordered it. When it was... literally the first thing I ordered. After waiting in line for a half hour. Not even worth going anymore. Then I ask for hot andmild sauce. And I get 2 hot and like 10 mild. Disappointing to say the least. Read more
It was late at night so they had a terribly long line and they were very short staffed but the employees were still smiling and... doing their best. I really felt like they were doing their best to help everyone as quickly as possible. We received manyapologies for the wait and they were very polite and quick. Read more

I been to this Taco Bell twice this week. Each time was a 38 (not exaggerated) minute wait from the line, to getting my food. I... was only a about 5 or 6 cars back in line. I don't know what is going on in there. People are talking to each other, not caringabout customers. We gave the cashier a hundred dollar bill. It took her 10 minutes to come back with change, and other 5 to fillthe drink. She was clearly talking to somebody else in there while trying to talk back to us on the speaker. This location needsserious help. The worst location in Vancouver. Which is sad because it's convenient for us, but I will gladly driver father forbetter service. Disappointed. Read more
