I was ready to order within a minute, but waited an additional four while three employees chatted about something to do with the... register. It was in Spanish but I understand it enough to pick up the gist. The burger was OK. The onion rings were great butwould have been AWESOME if the oil was changed more often. Asked at the drive through for a coke zero. Manager operating the window didn't fill the soda until I was at the window (slow... day) she presses the Diet Coke button right next to the Coke Zero. What happens when people ask for decaf in the morning? Dothey just give them caffeinated coffee because "they are the same" without regard to people's taste or medical conditions? Trapped in a drive thru with no escape for 19 minutes. If I could have driven over the bushes to leave I would have. When asked... if it's normally this long the guy looked upset and said his coworkers don't know what they're doing and that he is frustratedwith them.
