Usually their delivery is great and food quality is wonderful! BUT I had an order that was missed a few months ago foe my... executive team and then today I went to pick up an order that was going to take over 1.5 hours to deliver and they told me Icould pick it up but would still have to wait over an hour. Horrible service. Knowledge of payment was avoid. Then to think of it, the lady was the Manger as well. Embarrassment, rude... and said I was cursing at her. Then said well do you want your water? I ordered online through Google, order was confirmed, money collected. When I arrived I had a notification that "something went... wrong" and I needed to contact the store. I got there, explained the situation, and they didn't have my order. The only option Iwas given was to pay for the food a SECOND time and then sit around and wait for them to get around to making it (drive thrutakes priority). Oh wait. They offered me a .99 pastry as an afterthought. So now I have to pick a fight with Google or Paneracorporate for a refund of my magically disappearing order. Just make the food. It would've cost the business pennies in profitto make this right, but instead they just shrug and say not their problem. Am I being punked? This chicken sandwich was $12.39 (with chips). Just the bun, chicken and some buffalo sauce. No lettuce or... anything else. It's so small it almost looks like a slider. Very overpriced for what it is. Read more
