We've always loved Arby's food. That part was fine. There were three employees working the front filling orders for drive thru... and front counter. We were the only people waiting to order in the lobby. We stood there waiting to order for 9 minutes untilanyone actually turned around to face us until we were acknowledged. Defenitley need to work on the customer service/awareness. Read more

The people here are really nice. The French dip is always good. The salted caramel chocolate chip cookies are the best...also... the orange milkshakes. The dining area is nice and quiet. Read more
It's been 30 minutes and haven't received my food from a prepaid online order. Can't seem to get a refund because nobody knows... how to handle it. Homeless people screaming obscenities all across the parking lot. Definitely do not feel safe. The food is 0%worth this amount of hassle and danger here. Read more
