I know it?s fast food but I seriously couldn?t believe the experience I had. I get off work, place my order online at 9pm for... myself and my kids. It says it will arrive at 10:10pm. I wait and wait, and soon enough it?s 10:30pm. Did the driver get lost? Icall the store and they say my order was voided because they didn?t have square dough. They say they called me 3 times, I didnot receive any calls or emails. I just kept getting updates that they were in the process of making my order. I am sofrustrated, but he asked if I want to put in another order that will take 40 minutes, it?s late at this point so I agree. Thenhe says he has to put me on hold, and comes back saying they are actually completely out of dough because I?m ordering too latein the night. I waited an hour and a half for nothing. Called placed order, rude little jerk answered and told me an hour fifteen minutes, I said ok. Hour and thirty goes by and no... pizza. Called back chick answered and she said there was no order at all. I asked for the managers name she did I don't haveto give you my managers name. I told her she was lucky I wasn't there and I will never order there again. So manager yourestablishment is terrible and so are your employees. Read more
If I could give a Zero rating I would. Delivery estimated 40-50 minutes. Took two and a half hours to arrive. Pizza was cold... soggy and stale. Took one bite and immediately threw this all away. Was delivered the wrong pizza. When I called and explained that the manager said they'd send the correct one out. An hour later... (an hour and a half since my original order was placed) I call to check since its now been twice as long as my original wait.Manager said the driver was just now leaving. I asked why it took twice as long to get my replacement pizza as I figured thatwould have been a priority and he rudely replied "well were busy".
