Second time will be a better go round, we hope. Waitress was excellent but the food left reservations, especially with the... cost. The loaded tortilla chip appetizer had nearly a tablespoon of grease on the plate after eating, plus the bottom layer ofchips were soggy. The fries came out hot and looking fresh..however we are pretty sure they could be used in place of nails. Onemore trip for us to determine if it goes to the list of "hard pass" locations in case it was simply an off day. Read more
This was the first time I?ve ever been to an Applebee?s. Our server Chloe was amazing! Never had a server before that was so... kind and attentive the entire meal. Food was perfectly done not only in appearance but taste too thanks to the kitchen staff. Iwill definitely be visiting here again. Read more
Steve and Theresa are a great team. We were in and out within our lunch break. Soda and water were refreshed often, food came... out hot and as ordered (one of us is rather particular). My last two trips at this location. A few weeks ago I was seated and left unattended for 45 minutes before I walked out. The... waitress came over about 25 minutes in and apologized for a phone call she had to take but then I waited an additional 20minutes before I lost my patience. Today I go in to be seated and she said it would be a while to be seated and I told her itsfine and went to wait outside because there was no seating inside. After waiting 20 minutes watching multiple people findseating I went back inside and she seated a couple who came in after us and I left. First thing I asked for was a glass of ice water. Didn't get that. My perfect margarita was not so perfect. It was just sweet... and sour. They delivered mine and my husband's dinner with horribly soggy gross fries. I asked for fresh fries. Finally shebrought us better fries. Honestly I could go on for days with this post. The kicker was when she FINALLY picked up our ticketshe says " are you ready to give me all your money for Thanksgiving " "after all I did for you for your fresh French fries"?
