We have been here a few times and every time has been pleasant. This time in particular, the cashier who helped us (Ada) was so... incredibly friendly, and her manager (Nick) was incredibly helpful. He brought the food to our table, took care of a problemwith our order (that was entirely our fault), and really made our meal perfect. A wonderful crew, wonderful food, a great timeall around. Good food. I have tried it twice and both times best good. I took my husband who is usually picky about pasta and he loved it so... did my 11 year old. I just wish they had more of a SPICY ???? choice. I didn?t taste spicy when i ordered spicy but then again ido eat very spicy. Read more
If I could rate a 0 I would. I went to this noodles & company on Wednesday 7/20. There were no other customers besides me there... to order food. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes to have my order taken. The girl that was working the registercompletely ignored me the entire time & did not take my order. She constantly gave me dirty looks while organizing the cups &straws. I was waiting patiently thinking maybe she?d help after she was done with what she was doing. I was wrong. She proceededto just stand there looking at her phone & ignore me. I even asked if she was going to take my order & she didn?t say a word. Iwalked out due to the service I did not receive. I have never experienced such poor customer service like this. I?ve had friendswho have stated they?ve had a similar experience at this location. We will never be back to this location. To the curly hairedgirl with the rbf, you should not be working customer service if you can?t acknowledge your customers. Read more
